Aircraft Rental Program at SWAZ Aviation

Our aircraft rental program gives licensed pilots flexible, affordable access to the same high-quality aircraft we use in our training fleet with a variety of Piper PA-28's — including the PA-28R and PA-32R, as well as, the Cessna 172's.

A streamlined aircraft rental process which involves a simple hour of ground time, covering paperwork and our aircraft handling expectations, followed by an hour-long flight with our CFI. After your flight, we'll add you to our booking system, freeing you to explore the skies at your leisure.

PIC REQUIREMENTS:

Schedule a checkout with a SWAZ Aviation CFI Instruction (approximately 1 Hr Ground & 1 Hr Flight)

TIME = AIRCRAFT RENTAL COST + FUEL + INSTRUCTOR @ $60/HR

Basic Checkout Cost ESTIMATE = $250 w/ Fuel (Additional time as needed and/or required by SWAZ)

 

LANDING RESTRICTIONS ON OUR AIRCRAFT:

No Aircraft are to be landed in ANY Bravo or Charlie Airspace Airports and/or the following "local" Airports:

Scottsdale (KSDL) ~ Grapevine Airstrip (88AZ) ~ Pinal Airpark (KMZJ) ~ Private/Non-Public Airstrips

These Airports WILL NOT allow our Maintenance Team on the airport if there is a maintenance issue or they are not on the road system. If you land at one of these airports and have an maintenance issue, you will be responsible for all the costs associated with hiring outside maintenance to assist with the aircraft and/or recovery of the aircraft.
